summer bucket list | pretend to be a tourist in my home town

oooh look pretty buildings

Despite living in Oxford for 16 years i'd never once walked around and appreciated it 

and i felt that such a beautiful city deserved to be appreciated every once in a while, y'know?

So Matilda and I pretended to be tourists on this blue-skied morning last week, and then fell asleep in the park

And this little shop deserves a special mention because it's just so perf;
lying almost forgotten in a little side street.
It's a time capsule literally spilling with vintage goodies, everything from '50s evening dresses to '80s comic books.

I told Zoe (fashiononymous) about it when she was visiting oxford last summer and she posted about it here (check it out!)

And, being named after my favourite (debatably) mythical creature, i could say it's pretty magical.
