workin' da wind-in-the-hair-gazing-into-the-distance-pretending-to-look-at-something-milding-interesting pose like a boss

i'm home!
i thought i'd share a couple of holiday schnaps with you guys.

I think i fell in love with Italy-
the bright flowers clinging to the jigsaw of terracotta walled buildings lining the streets
and how it's perfectly acceptable to eat pizza for almost every meal.

I also broadened my italian vocabulary to about four words,
none of which i can pronounce correctly,
but ho-hey
because i've got the word gelato down to a tee
and lets be honest, that's really all you need.

  1. these photos are absolutely stunning! looks like you had an amazing time. i'm going to italy in october and i can't wait! :D

  2. you make my heart beat faster

  3. Aah, I just got back from Italy too and I'm so in love with the place! Where did you stay? I went to Lake Garda and it was beautiful. Haha I'm the same with the vocab, I learned how to order a 'gelato' and that was about it!

  4. How fun to learn a new language while in its place of origin! I love these photos. So beautiful.
